Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our components, but returns must follow specific guidelines.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition: The item must be returned in its original, uninstalled, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Components that show signs of installation, modification, or live-fire testing are not eligible for return. The product's factory seal must be intact.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns that meet the above condition requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the cost of original shipping, which is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return: Do not ship the product back without authorization. Email support@buyfrt15.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
